fa بررسی رعایت مفاد منشور حقوق بیماران توسط پرستاران در مراکز بستری سالمندان استان خوزستان مسائل اجتماعی سالمندان elderly social issues پژوهشي اصیل Original research مقدمه:&nbsp; هر بیمار در زمان مراجعه به مراکز درمانی بدون هیچ تبعیضی دارای حقوق قانونی است که رعایت آن از سوی ارائه دهندگان خدمت الزامی است.<br> روش: &nbsp;پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی است.نمونه های پژوهش شامل 175 نفر از بیماران بالای 65 سال بودند که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. &nbsp;ابزار گرد آوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه ها دادها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS &nbsp;نسخه 22 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد ،سالمندان حاضر در پژوهش، میزان رعایت حقوق خویش را در حیطه&shy; رازداری و حفظ حریم خصوصی(6/84 درصد) در حیطه&shy;های برخورداری از مراقبت و درمان مناسب (1/77 درصد)، ارائه اطلاعات مورد نیاز به بیماران (3/54 درصد)، ، حفظ استقلال بیمار (9/54 درصد)، حق داشتن آرامش (7/61 درصد)&nbsp; اعلام و در زمینه ی عدم رفتارهای نامناسب تیم پرستاری (0/68 درصد) گزارش کردند که درصد بالایی بود. تنها در حیطه&shy; رسیدگی به اعتراضات میزان رعایت حقوق در اکثریت بیماران (1/37 درصد) در سطح متوسط محاسبه گردید.&nbsp;<br> نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد پرستاران در اکثر حیطه ها حقوق سالمندان را رعایت می کردند. Introduction: Every patient has legal rights without any discrimination when s/he refers to health centers and it must be observed by all of the providers&rsquo; services.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: The current study is a descriptive-sectional study. The samples of study were containing of 175 of patients with the ages of more than 65 years old that were chosen by easy sampling method. The gathering tool of data was the researcher&rsquo;s built questionnaire. After the completion of questionnaires, the data were analyzed by means of SPSS software Ver.22.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: As the results of study, the elderlies that were attended in this study reported as follow: the amount of their observance&rsquo;s rights in secrecy level and protection the privacy (84.6%), in the level of privilege of cares and appropriate remedy (77.1%), presenting the needful information to patients (54.3%), protection the patient&rsquo;s independence (54.9%), the right of having calmness (61.7%) and absence of non-appropriate behaviors of nurses team (68%) that were in high level.
