fa نگرش پرستاران ، مربیان و دانشجویان پرستاری به مراقبت از سالمندان(مرور سیستماتیک) پرستاری سالمندی geriatric nursing مروری Review <strong>مقدمه: </strong>پرستاران، به عنوان ارائه دهندگان مراقبت به سالمندان نقش محوری دارند و از جایگاه منحصر به فردی در تأثیرگذاری کیفیت مراقبت به آنان برخوردارند. نگرش پرستاران بر ارجحیت آنها در کار با افراد سالمند و همچنین کیفیت مراقبت ارائه شده به آنها مؤثر می باشد.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به مراقبت از افراد سالمند انجام شده است. برای دستیابی به مقالات مربوط به نگرش پرستاران در مورد مراقبت از افراد سالمند، کلید واژه های نگرش پرستاران، دانشجویان پرستاری، سالمند، دوران سالمندی، نیاز های سالمندان در پایگاه داده های اطلاعاتی &nbsp;<span dir="LTR">SID</span><span dir="LTR"> ,</span><span dir="LTR">Magiran</span>و <span dir="LTR">Iranmedex</span> مقالات فارسی زبان و در پایگاه داده های علمی <span dir="LTR">,</span><span dir="LTR">Scopus,Science Direct ,Cochrane library</span><span dir="LTR">,</span><span dir="LTR">Google scholar</span> &nbsp;&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">ovid </span>و <span dir="LTR">Pubmed</span> مقالات انگلیسی زبان بین سال های 2018-2000 جستجو و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در نهایت بر اساس میزان ارتباط مقالات با موضوع پژوهش و معیارهای ورود، تعداد 24 مقاله مرتبط انتخاب و بررسی شد.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>در مطالعات بررسی شده نگرش پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری نسبت به مراقبت از افراد سالمند، مثبت، منفی و خنثی بوده است. متغیرهای زیادی بعنوان فاکتورهای مؤثر بر نگرش پرستاران از قبیل سن، جنس، سطح تحصیلات، تجربه کاری بررسی شدند. بنظر می رسد داشتن نگرش مثبت به سالمندی در انتخاب پرستاران در مراقبت از سالمندان تأثیرگذار می باشد.<br> <strong>&nbsp; نتیجه گیری: </strong>از آنجاییکه دانش پرستاران در زمینه سالمندی بر نوع نگرش و انتخاب اولویت آنان نسبت به مراقبت از سالمندان تأثیرگذار می باشد بنابراین نیاز هست به آموزش سالمندشناسی در مقاطع تحصیلی پرستاری با تأکید بیشتری نگاه شود. <strong>Introduction: </strong>Nurses, as nursing care providers, have a pivotal role and a unique role in effecting the quality of care. The attitude of nurses on their preference for working with elderly people and the quality of care provided to them is effective. This study aimed to investigate the attitude of nursing students and nurses towards the care of elderly people.<br> &nbsp;<strong>Method: </strong>To obtain articles on the attitude of nurses about the care of elderly people, the researchers first selected some keywords such as &ldquo;attitude of nurses, nursing students, elderly and needs of elderly&rdquo;. Then they tried to search these keywords&nbsp; in some Persian language databases like &rdquo; SID, Magiran and IranMedex&rdquo;. To find some English articles published between 2000-2018, the researchers also searched the keywords in some scientific databases like &ldquo; Scopus, Science Direct, Cochran library, Google Scholar, Ovid and PubMed&rdquo;. Finally, based on the amount of articles related to search topics and include criteria, 24 related articles were selected and reviewed.<br> <strong>Finding: </strong>Nurses&rsquo; and nursing students&rsquo; attitudes towards care of elderly people were positive, negative and neutral. Many variables were evaluated as effective factors on nurses&rsquo; attitude, such as age, gender, level of education and work experience.
