fa سلامت اجتماعی در سالمندان: یک مطالعه فراتحلیل سالمندی سالم و فعال active and healthy aging پژوهشي اصیل Original research &nbsp;<br> مقدمه: سلامت اجتماعی در گسترده‌ترین مفهوم آن با کمیت و کیفیت عملکرد انسان در تعاملات اجتماعی و ارزیابی‌های مثبت و منفی دیگران از این نوع از رفتارها توصیف می‌شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارائه الگوی توصیفی و تحلیلی از شاخص و سنجه‌های تعیین‌کننده سلامت اجتماعی در بین سالمندان بر اساس مطالعات دهه اخیر می‌باشد.<br> روش کار: در مطالعه حاضر از روش کیفی فراتحلیل توصیفی و مطالعه مروری نظام‌مند استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل ۶۷ پژوهش منتخب می‌باشد که در این مطالعه ۲6 مورد از آن‌ها به سبب تناسب و ارتباط بیشتر با موضوع به شیوه هدفمند انتخاب و مورد توصیف، تحلیل و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه بر اساس چک‌لیست گزینش مطالعات پژوهشی، از طریق جستجوی مروری، منظم در نشریه‌های سالمندی، سالمندشناسی، رفاه اجتماعی، سلامت اجتماعی و برنامه‌ریزی رفاه و توسعه اجتماعی، همچنین پایگاه اطلاعات پرتال جامع علوم‌انسانی، مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و گوگل‌اسکولار صورت پذیرفت.<br> &nbsp;یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌های این تحقیق در بیشتر مطالعات انجام شده دهه اخیر، واحد تحلیل سالمندان بوده است و در اکثر موارد از روش پیمایش برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها استفاده شده است. همچنین نظریه سلامت اجتماعی کییز در ارتباط با تعیین‌کننده‌های اجتماعی نظیر حمایت و تعاملات اجتماعی هاوس و فلمینگ - باوم، کیفیت زندگی زاف، امنیت اجتماعی گیدنز و سرمایه اجتماعی بوردیو هدایتگر غالب تحقیقات بوده است که از میان عوامل یاد شده حمایت و تعاملات اجتماعی و شاخص‌های آن به نسبت سایر مولفه‌های دیگر تأثیر بسزایی بر سلامت اجتماعی سالمندان داشته‌اند.<br> &nbsp;نتایج: مرور اجمالی مطالعات انجام شده دهه اخیر مشخص ساخت اگرچه سنجش وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی بر اساس الگوی پنج‌گانه کییز در غالب مطالعات تعیین‌کننده است اما این مدل نتوانسته به ارائه الگوی تحلیلی - توصیفی دقیق از سنجش وضعیت سلامت اجتماعی سالمندان در مقایسه با دیگر گروه‌ها بر اساس متغیرهای زمینه‌ای همچون سن، جنس، شغل، تحصیلات، محل سکونت، درآمد و... دست یابد؛ لذا ارائه الگوی جدید و جامع جهت پژوهش و سیاست‌گذاری در حوزه سلامت اجتماعی سالمندان از سوی محققان و سیاست‌گذاران توصیه می‌شود.<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp; &nbsp;<br> Introduction: Social health in its broadest sense is described by the quantity and quality of human performance in social interactions and positive and negative evaluations of this type of behavior by others. The purpose of the present research is to present a descriptive and analytical model of indicators and metrics that determine social health among the elderly based on the studies of the last decade.<br> Methods: In the present study, the qualitative method of descriptive meta-analysis and systematic review was used. The statistical population of the current research includes 67 selected studies, in this study 26 of them were selected and described, analyzed and compared due to their suitability and relevance to the topic. Collecting information in this study based on the checklist for selecting research studies, through a regular review search in the publications of Gerontology, IRANIAN of AGEING, Social Welfare, social health, Social Development and Welfare Planning, as well as the database of the comprehensive portal of humanities, the scientific information center of academic jihad and Google Scholar occurred.<br> Results: According to the findings of this research, in most of the studies conducted in the last decade, the unit of analysis has been the elderly, and in most cases, the survey method has been used to collect data. Also, Keyes&#39; theory of social health in relation to social determinants such as House and Fleming-Baum&#39;s social support and interactions, Zaff&#39;s quality of life, Gidden&#39;s social security and Bourdieu&#39;s social capital has been the dominant research guide, among the factors mentioned are social support and interactions and its indicators.
