style="font-family:"> سالمندی به عنوان مرحله‌ای حساس و اجتناب‌ناپذیر از چرخه زندگی انسان، همواره مورد توجه پژوهشگران حوزه‌های مختلف بوده است. با افزایش امید به زندگی و رشد جمعیت سالمندان، مسئله کیفیت زندگی در دوران بازنشستگی اهمیت دوچندانی یافته است. در این میان، کارکنان بازنشسته آموزش و پرورش به دلیل سال‌ها خدمت در عرصه تعلیم و تربیت و نقش بی‌بدیل در پرورش نسل‌های آینده، از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردارند، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل ساختاری سالمندی موفق در کارکنان بازنشسته آموزش و پرروش بر اساس باورهای دینی </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span majalla="" b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی به روش تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان بازنشسته فرهنگی شهر بهبهان در سال 1404 بود که از بین آن‌ها تعداد 150 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه‌های سالمندی موفق زنجری و همکاران (2019)، باورهای دینی- مذهبی نجفی (1385)، باورهای غیرمنطقی جونز (1968) و هدفمندی در زندگی کرامباف و ماهولیک (1969) را تکمیل کردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر به کمک نرم‌افزارهای </span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">SPSS_V19</span><span برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است و لذا استفاده از این مدل می‌تواند به معلمان، مدیران و متخصصان حوزه تعلیم و تربیت در ارتقای سالمندی موفق کمک نماید.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="line-height:107%">Introduction:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> As an inevitable and critical stage in human life cycle, aging has always been in the focus of scholarly attention in different fields. With the increase of life expectancy and population growth of the elderly, the question of life quality after retirement has found more importance. In this context, much importance is attached to the retired educational personnel&#39;s regarding their long years of service and unique role in education and preparation of future generations. Therefore, the present study aims to provide a structural model of successful aging concerning retired staff of education based on their religious and non-logical beliefs through the mediating role of life purposefulness.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Methods:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> This study was descriptive-correlative using path analysis approach. The statistical population consisted of all the retired educational personnels in Behbahan, Iran, in the year 2025-2026, among whom 150 individuals were selected using nonrandom and targeted sampling and completed Zanjeri et al. (2019)&#39;s successful aging questionnaire, Najafi (2015)&#39;s religious beliefs questionnaire, Jones (1968)&#39;s Non-Logical Beliefs questionnaire, and Krambaf and Maholic (1969)&#39;s purposefulness of life questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Pearson &quot;s correlation method and path analysis through SPSSV19 and AMOSV20 software.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">Results:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"> The variables religious beliefs (0.316), Non-logical Beliefs (0.292), and purposefulness of life (0.286) had a direct and significant effect on successful aging.
