fa تأثیرپذیری کیفیت زندگی سالمندان ساکن در مرکز نگهداری براساس مدل تلفیقی کیفیت زندگی ونتگوت از عوامل معماری محیط(مورد پژوهی: مرکز نگهداری صادقیه شهراصفهان) The influence of the quality of life of the elderly living in the care center based on the unified model of the quality of life of ventegodt from architectural factors of the environment (case study: Sadeghieh Care Center, Shahr Isfahan) سالمندی سالم و فعال active and healthy aging پژوهشي اصیل Original research مقدمه: <a name="_Hlk172535467">با توجه به </a>پدیده پیری جمعیت و روند کاهش اندازه خانواده، توجه به مراکز نگهداری سالمندان بیشتر به چشم می خورد. لذا تأثیر محیط زندگی در فضای عمومی بر کیفیت زندگی سالمندان از دیدگاه بعد عینی و ذهنی به دلیل ابعاد گوناگون کیفیت زندگی و نیازهای متعدد سالمندان همچون جسمی و روانی کمتر از دیدگاه نظریه پردازان کیفیت زندگی همچون <a name="_Hlk172535327">مدل کیفیت زندگی </a>ونتگوت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش کار: پژوهش حاضر به صورت کمی و کیفی است. در بخش کیفی براساس مطالعات نظری به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مؤلفه های کیفیت محیط استخراج شده است. و دربخش کمی با استفاده از پرسشنامه به سنجش مؤلفه های بخش کیفی در مرکز نگهداری توسط سالمندان پرداخته شده است. همچنین تحلیل یافته ها با استفاده از نرم افزارspss به صورت پیمایشی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی انجام گرفته شده است. و جهت تطبیق مؤلفه های کیفیت محیط با مدل کیفیت زندگی ونتگوت توسط خبرگان انجام گرفته شد. یافته ها: حاکی از آن است بر بعد عینی و ذهنی کیفیت زندگی در محیط کالبدی مرکز نگهداری چهار مؤلفه شامل: نفوذپذیری، خوانایی، انعطاف پذیری و ایمنی و امنیت تأثیرگذار می باشد. همچنین مؤلفه نفوذپذیری و انعطاف پذیری بر رفع نیازها؛ مولفه خوانایی بر رفاه و شادی و مسرت؛ <a name="_Hlk172536800">مولفه ایمنی و امنیت </a><a name="_Hlk172537981">بر رفاه و تعادل بیولوژیکی </a>از زیرشاخه های مدل کیفیت زندگی ونتگوت وابسته است. نتیجه گیری: از آنجایی که نتایج نشان داد، مولفه های کیفیت محیط به ترتیب اولویت بندی شامل: مؤلفه ایمنی و امنیت با توجه به استانداردهای ایمنی بر اجرای صحیح در ساخت؛ مؤلفه خوانایی با درنظر گرفتن نشانه ها در محیط؛ مؤلفه انعطاف پذیری با تغییر در ساختار فضا جهت پاسخ به نیازها؛ مؤلفه نفوذپذیری با تسهیل حرکت در محیط بر کیفیت زندگی سالمندان از دیدگاه بعد عینی و ذهنی براساس مدل کیفیت زندگی ونتگوت تأثیرگذار می باشد.   Introduction:Due to the phenomenon of population aging and the trend of family size reduction, care centers for the elderly are more visible. Therefore, the impact of the living environment in the public space on the quality of life of the elderly from the objective and subjective perspective, due to the various aspects of the quality of life and the many needs of the elderly, such as physical and mental, has been investigated less than the perspective of the theorists of the quality of life, such as the <a name="_Hlk173834014">ventegodt</a> quality of life model. Methodology: The present research is quantitative and qualitative. In the qualitative section, based on theoretical studies, the components of environmental quality have been extracted using the method of qualitative content analysis. And in the quantitative section, using a questionnaire, the components of the qualitative section were measured in the care center for the elderly. Also, the analysis of the findings has been done using spss software as a survey and confirmatory factor analysis. And it was done by experts in order to match the components of environment quality with ventegodt quality of life model. Findings: It indicates that four components including: permeability, legibility, flexibility and safety and security affect the objective and subjective quality of life in the physical environment of the maintenance center. Also, the component of permeability and flexibility on meeting needs; readability component on well-being and happiness; The component of safety and security is related to the well-being and biological balance from the sub-branches of  ventegodt quality of life model.
