fa ماهیت و فرایند خدمات روانی‌اجتماعی به سالمندان ساکن آسایشگاه: یک مطالعه کیفی مراقبت های سالمندی elderly care پژوهشي اصیل Original research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">مقدمه:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> آسایشگاههای سالمندی به ارائه خدمات متنوع شامل خدمات روانی اجتماعی به سالمندان می پردازد. از آنجایی که این خدمات بر خلاف توانبخشی پزشکی دارای ماهیتی غیرعینی هستند، چگونگی درک و معنادهی ارائه دهندگان آن خدمات به مجموعه مداخله های روانی-اجتماعی خود، فراتر از دستورالعملهای سازمانی، درک واقعی تری از خدمات روانی اجتماعی در جریان در این موسسات می دهد. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت ماهیت و فرایند خدمات روانی اجتماعی بر اساس ادراک ارائه دهندگان خدمات به سالمندان بود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش کار: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">روش مطالعه حاضر، کیفی و از نوع تحلیل تماتیک بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه، تمام ارائه دهندگان روانی اجتماعی خدمات در آسایشگاههای سالمندان شهر تهران در سال 1402 بود. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با 18 روانشناس، مددکار اجتماعی که دارای حداقل یک سال تجربه در آسایشگاه بودند، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد و سپس با روش تحلیل مضمون، مفاهیم و مقولات استخراج شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته ها: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تحلیل داده ها نشان داد، درمورد درک ارائه دهندگان خدمات از ماهیت خدمات روانی اجتماعی، سه تم و 11 مفهوم به دست آمد که عبارت بودند از تداوم بخشی به پیوند اجتماعی، حفاظت از کارکرد روانی-شناختی و درگیرسازی خانواده. فرایند ارائه خدمات روانی اجتماعی نیز شامل سه تم و 11 مفهوم بود. تمها عبارت بودند از ارزیابی روانی فرهنگی، شخصی سازی خدمات ماهیتا یکسان با اولیت جسمی به روانی و سنجیده سازی تعاملات با سالمند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> نتایج نشان داد هرچند حفظ تعاملات اجتماعی سالمند مهم است، اما در آسایشگاه های سالمندی، خدمات روانی اجتماعی عمدتا با تلاش برای سازگار نمودن سالمند با محیط آسایشگاه ارائه می شود و هنوز توانبخشی جسمی نسبت به توانبخشی روانی-اجتماعی در اولویت قرار دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Introduction</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: Nursing homes provide a variety of services, including mental health services and social work to the older adults. Since these services, unlike medical services, are of subjective nature, how service providers perceive and give meaning to their services, beyond organizational guidelines, provides a more realistic understanding of psychosocial services. The study population was all psychosocial service providers in nursing homes in Tehran in 2023.&nbsp; By using purposive sampling, 18 psychologists and social workers who had at least one year of experience in nursing homes were semi-structurally interviewed and then concepts and categories were extracted using thematic analysis</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">. </span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri="" style="font-family:"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Findings</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">: Data analysis showed that, regarding the service providers&#39; understanding of the nature of psychosocial services, three themes and 11 concepts were obtained, which were: maintaining social bonds, protecting psycho-cognitive function, and involving the family. The process of providing psychosocial services also included three themes and 11 concepts.
